"Amazing design apartments on Furshtatskaya Street just next to "Chernishevskaya" metro station (within a 3 minutes' walk). Really nice and respectable street. There is a good supermarket "Spar" near the apartment. Layout of the apartment is very comfortable - there are a large entrance hall, kitchen-living room, dressing room and bedroom. No noise heard from the street. A perfect option not only to stay for the weekend in St. Petersburg, but also for a long-term rent. Ideal transport availability. A number of different options of lighting the apartment can satisfy requirements of a subtle connoisseur of light design and create any atmosphere at your choice".
"Apartments on 97 Bolshoy prospect of the Petrograd side is a good two-room apartment near "Petrogradskaya" metro station (within 2 minutes' walk) with the atmosphere of real St. Petersburg. High ceilings, stucco work, wide window sills. Large separate kitchen-dining room can be used as a guest room due to the presence of a sofa bed. Very warm apartment: I slept with an open window when it was 25 degrees minus outside. Large bathroom with a spacious bath. There is a supermarket of premium class "Land" near the apartment. The city centre is within a 10 minutes' metro ride, or within a 30 minutes' walk to the Peter and Paul fortress. Pleasant non-smoking dwelling house".

A year and a half ago our customer company VR-Track lodged its employees primarily in trailers, regular rental apartments and hotels. Due to the different types of housing, overall management was difficult. After Forenom joined the team, Equipment Manager Seppo Kurkela's work has become easier in this respect. VR has its own contact person at Forenom, who is up to date on VR's needs and knows how to offer them the right types of accommodation options.
"Forenom has found rental apartments for our employees quickly. The apartments are located mostly close to our work sites, which is appreciated by our employees. Services we have agreed on, for example cleaning and linen service, have also worked well. We have been pleased with the operation."
Seppo Kurkela, Equipment Manager, VR-Track
The Espoo Blues hockey team adds players throughout the autumn until the limit is reached at the end of January. This requires flexible accommodations. During the 2011-2012 season Forenom was able to meet this challenge, and five Blues players stayed at Forenom accommodations in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
"Forenom helps us stay competitive with the increasingly tight demand for players. Finnish leagues are not always able to compete with the NHL or KHL in money, but often choices are also strongly influenced by issues related to comfort. With Forenom's help we can handle this at the very top-notch level. We have found apartments easily and quickly, and our players have been very satisfied."

VVO and Forenom collaborate on serving customers who need different types of accommodations. VVO specializes in solutions for long-term accommodations. Forenom's strength is in shorter accommodations of less than one year. This way, both can better serve their customers and their individual needs.
"Forenom is an excellent partnership channel for us in serving customers, whose accommodation needs are short from VVO's standpoint. VVO's goals are long customer relationships lasting many years, and when the customer's accommodation needs are short-term we try to direct them to Forenom. Our collaboration has worked well, and together we are able to offer customers functional solutions for all kinds of needs."
Juha Heino, Customer Service Manager VVO
